After months of negotiations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife has agreed to issue a permit for Samaritans and No More Deaths to place water on the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. However, they are required to publish the draft permit (see links below) for a period of public comment. The deadline for comments is Monday, May 3.
