2010 Summer Volunteer Evaluation

The intention of this evaluation is to pinpoint both what went well and not so well. If you have something critical to say, we want to hear it so we can improve what we are doing. We thank you for your time and honesty. Please answer the questions with reference to your 2010 summer volunteer experience, not to any previous experiences.
